Ossol was founded by Mr. Sudhir Rajvanshi in the year 2001, in Muzaffarnagar, A small town of Uttar Pradesh in India around a single product with a vision to develop more consumer-friendly oils for 2-stroke engines which can exceptionally improve the performance and life of the engines, providing the highest level of protection against wear & tear whilst keeping the engine closer to factory clean. Our Founder, He is a determined, strong willed person with a radical vision to provide the best to the people. Three of his colleagues believed in his idea - That there is always a way, a better way, A more efficient way, A way to a better quality & also a way to more economical Lubricants, & they followed him into the journey starting with developing the oil for motor 2-stroke engines to a well established brand producing Quality and Innovative products for Automotive and Industrial needs.
Ossol Journey
Ossol establishes a mineral oil processing plant & R&D centre and started research and production of engine oils for 2 strokes engines.
The company extended product line to include oils developed especially for car manufacturer’s individual engines.
The Company launches the complete range for Automotive vehicles
Ossol opened another R&D lab to understand the complexities of Industrial lubricants and to develop more efficient formulations to meet the Industrial requirements.
The Company launched it’s first Industrial Lubricants range.
The company’s researchers delved deeper into the complexities of Industrial Lubrication and continued to research on a way to more consumer-friendly and Environment friendly Lubricants. Ossol strengthens its position in Textile Industries by developing various new Products

Trexol Lube Industries, A new sub-division of Ossol was formed and another R&D program was started by Mr. Sudhir Rajvanshi to develop the speciality Lubricants that will offer unique quality and lubricant solutions for more advanced machines
The Company continued to invest and strengthen the quality of Ossol Products, To provide Lubricants for maximum and minimum temperature with maximum Durability, for tough and barren operating conditions with a more reliable Lubricant solution, In maximum stress areas with minimum fatigue.
The production facility was expanded to meet the Industrial and Automotive demands. The company introduced it’s eco-friendly range of Products with an aim to provide the clients with high quality Lubricants and to create the best surroundings for the future generations.
